The world absolutely loves dogs, and what's not to love? Dogs have some of the best qualities that we prize in our human compatriots. Dogs are loyal, kind, and they are always ready to show us love. There is a lot we can all learn from dogs, like how to truly enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
The great thing about dogs is that they can look so different from each other. Every breed has its own special physical quirks that make us fall in love with them. Pugs are short and stubby, while golden retrievers are lean and fit. There is no one template for dogs, so there is a dog for everyone.
While we love dogs for the qualities that they have, such as their loyalty and kindness, there is one bigger reason we love dogs. That reason is because they are absolutely adorable. The dog in this story is adorable in the strangest way. That's because this dog has one of the most human faces you've ever seen.

Meet Nori, the Dog with a Human Face
Nori is a very special dog, not just because of his big heart. Nori is a one year old Australian shepherd and poodle mix who has some very interesting features. In fact, it's not uncommon that people give nori a double take when they see her. That's because Nori has the most interesting face a dog can have. She has massive eyes with an almond shape which produce an intense gaze that is reminiscent of making eye contact with a human being. Her pink lips are also very human-like. They curl up into a smile that makes Mona Lisa's smile look like a frown.
While the description of "a dog with a human face" sounds like something out of your worst nightmares, as you can see from the pictures, it is incredibly cute in actuality.

Nori Won Over Her Owner's Hearts
Tiffany Ngo is Nori's owner. She spoke with The Dodo and said, "I think Nori's coloring is what makes him look human, especially his eyes. People like to say that his eyes make him seem very wise or soulful. He has a very expressive face - he even makes a disgusted face when I'm painting my nails and he smells the nail polish." Tiffany got Nori with her boyfriend Kevin Hurless. They instantly fell in love with Nori's unique face as well as her winning personality.
Tiffany Ngo said, "He looked a lot more humanlike when he was really little, maybe because his fur was darker so his eyes seemed light in comparison." Even though Tiffany and her boyfriend knew Nori was special, they never thought Nori would get as much attention as he does.

Nori Also Looks LIke Garth from Wayne's World
"It was funny when people would literally stop us from across the street so they could come over and meet Nori when he was a puppy. He was just a walking ball of fluff with a happy little face." Nori has gotten older and now looks a little bit more like a dog, but his unique looks are still there. Nori's owners have heard stranger comparisons than Nori looking like a human as well. "I overheard someone at a dog park say that Nori looks like Fizzgig from 'The Dark Crystal. I think the funniest thing we've heard is Garth from 'Wayne's World.' I've also had someone ask if his hair is styled curly and highlighted, which it isn't."
At the end of the day, Nori is just a normal dog with a great personality, not some weird human-dog hybrid experiment.
