Earlier this month HBO released the documentary 'Leaving Neverland' chronicling the alleged sexual abuse of two boys at the hands of famed superstar Michael Jackson. The movie has sparked another conversation regarding Jackson's innocence or guilt, depending on which side you're on. It's certainly a complicated issue with arguments on both sides.
With Michael Jackson being such a huge star, the documentary has created heated discussions on the intentions of the two men who have come forward about the abuse. Could they be trying to get money from the Jackson estate? With Michael deceased and unable to defend himself, that could be what ends up happening.
There have been, however, other consequences from this conversation popping up once again. The consequences are for Michael Jackson's children. Michael's daughter, Paris Jackson, has not taken the documentary well, and recently she was taken to the hospital after a possible suicide attempt. Read on to find out what happened.

Saturday Paris Was Taken to the Hospital
On Saturday reports came out that the 20-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson was taken to the hospital after a possible suicidal episode. The young model was put under a 5150 hold, which is for people who medical responders think might be a danger to themselves. Luckily all is well, as she reportedly left the hospital and returned home at around 2pm in good spirits.
She was seen with her boyfriend, Gabriel Glenn, a fellow member of her band Soundflowers. Photographers caught her smiling and laughing, and they even saw the couple get some KFC and go out to watch a movie. Her instagram story confirmed that she was perfectly fine. Her caption said, "F--k you I'm chillen like Bob Dylan." Given the release of the documentary, many fans thought she might be hurting herself after her father's fallout.

Not Paris' First Time
This isn't the first time that Paris Jackson ahs made headlines for attempting suicide. In 2013 she had attempted suicide and was taken to the hospital, however, that was only her first public attempted suicide. According to Paris' mother, Debbie Rowe, Paris did not take her father's death very well. She was devastated by it. She had spent time in a residential therapy program to help her cope.
According to E! News, Paris had spent some time in January at a treatment facility for her mental and physical health. Paris left and felt energized, saying on Twitter that she felt "happy and healthy and feeling better than ever." It's hard not to imagine that the release of the 'Leaving Neverland' documentary has led to this most recent downward spiral, though luckily it appears she's doing OK now.

Paris Won't Stand for People to Ruin Her Father's Name
Paris is active on social media, so it's not surprise that she took to Instagram stories immediately following her release from the hospital. Regarding all the ugly press Paris has to deal with, a fan asked her about trading wealth for the lack of privacy and respect from the press. Paris responded "I have the same moral compass as my father, but not the level of patience. I'll fight for love n peace in the same way, but I am more aggressively driven. I don't sit idly by when I see injustices happen, especially when they're directed towards me or my family. F--k that noise."
While Paris isn't going to sit back and let people trash her father, her main focus isn't on defending him. "There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said in regard to defense."
